Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICY Requires 50% Deposit All sessions must be booked at least two hours in advance. YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL ONCE PAYMENT IS SUBMITTED. NO STAFF MEMBER IS CONFIRMED WITHOUT TALKING TO A REPRESENTATIVE, IT IS ONLY A REQUEST. ENGINEER BREAK POLICY To maintain focus and quality, our engineers take a 10-15 minute break every 90 minutes during sessions 3-4 hours and a 30-minute break every 90 minutes for sessions 4-8 hours. ( If engineers decides to keep working then disregard) ● This helps reduce ear fatigue and keeps creativity flowing. ● Without breaks, ear fatigue makes it harder to notice fine details in the mix, and mental burnout leads to errors. ● Regular breaks keep the engineer sharp and ensure the client gets the best results. SESSION TIME ● Your session starts at the booked time. Please arrive early to maximize your time in the studio. Late arrivals will not extend the session end time. PAYMENT & DEPOSITS ● A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due at the start of your session. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING ● Cancellations: Deposit non-refundable but goes toward next session ● Rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
